1. How long for my order to process?
A: Every candle is hand poured with care. We strive to get every order out as soon as possible right after it is placed. Once your order is done processing, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking. Please be patient as processing times can vary from 2-7 business days.
2. I never received my order. What do I do?
A: Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility there are limited options to what we can do. Please double check your address is inserted and spelled correctly before checking out. Please also add apt., suite, or building numbers if applicable. Contact us and we will help to the best of our ability.
3. What is your return policy?
A: We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges at this time. Please read the description carefully before placing your order. In the description you can find the sizing and measurements. If you have any further qustions you can always contact us!
4. What are your business hours?
A: Our business office hours are from 1:00pm to 8:00pm Central time. Monday - Friday. Excluding Holidays.
5. How long is shipping?
A: Shipping can vary anywhere from 2-8 days AFTER your order is processed. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

A: Here at SOL, we strive for the best quality. Which is why all our candles are made of 100% soy wax and quality fragrance oils.
